BACKGROUND
Conecture Technologies’ origins extend back to 1996, and is founded and run by executives with prior direct experience in Television Distribution and Consumer Products Licensing. Today, Conecture provides its' 4th-generation Mediabox-4.0 DAM software application as a "software-as-a-service" for hosted, online digital asset management and digital media delivery, for television and film marketing and promotions departments. Mediabox-4.0 is also widely deployed for online style guide and brand/trademark asset management and delivery in the Consumer Products Licensing industry. In 2006, Conecture launched its hosted Mediabox-PA software for online product approvals workflow, for Consumer Products Licensing companies and DVD licensors and distributors. The company is headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia with additional offices in Cincinnati, Ohio for technology, Co-location and Customer Support, and Los Angeles for graphic design.

Mediabox-4.0 can be used as a department-wide or enterprise-wide asset management system for your digital assets as well as a means of delivering your digital assets to 3rd-party Users outside of the company. Mediabox-4.0 key functionality includes control over access rights at the program or property level and specific folders, controlling access rights by asset and contract dates, asset aliasing to enable an asset to appear in multiple locations from a single source file, up to 100 unique metadata fields per asset, controlling asset and folder displays by date ranges, creating multiple asset lists, complex search, support for video, audio, image files, documents, custom branding to match your corporate look and branding for each property/program, real-time reporting and more.

ONLINE PRODUCT APPROVALS AND BRAND ASSURANCE WORKFLOW
Mediabox-PA is a hosted, online product approvals workflow application that allows Licensees to submit all of their product design artwork from any MAC or PC computer anywhere in the world. Mediabox-PA allows Licensors and Agents to review submitted artwork online and attach online comments with each artwork file, and manage the workflow order of projects and submissions between your customers and your staff. Your Licensees also use the system to log in and review your comments and submit new or next stage product designs. Mediabox-PA enables 100% paperless workflow, archiving of project submission and comment records, and real-time as well as historical reporting at the submission and project level. Integration with in-house or 3rd party rights/contract management systems is also available.
