Richard Stratton is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and an Incorporated member of the Chartered Institute of Building.
Richard offers a range of architectural design and project management services including the preparation of feasibility studies; concept drawings; measured surveys; planning applications; building regulations applications; tender drawings, specifications & contract documentation and the management of projects on site including certifying value of work.
Clients include National Health Service Trusts, commercial organisations and private individuals.
